Responsibilities

<li>Provide high-quality desktop, laptop, and network support for assigned offices and surrounding job sites</li>

As a member of the NOC team, the NOC / Field Service Engineer will provide system and network operations support in a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC). This is a hybrid role with a field service component. This role requires direct interaction with customers including onsite visits and end-user assistance where required. Duties:
