Title: Senior Business Data Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary Range: $120-$140K; Bonus Included
We are looking to bring on a Senior Business Data Analyst to our growing team. What we need is someone who comes from a Senior BDA, Senior Tech BA, Senior Tech PM, or Senior Data Analyst background who has worked 60% functionally and 40% technically through full project lifecycles. This person will need to have 7+ years of experience in working within the following workflows end-to-end:
- Stakeholder/BUs Communication: Sitting down with key people within the organization to discuss BI initiatives and what they want to achieve. We need someone who has experience writing BRDs/roadmaps, developing KPIs, and design progress maps.
- Project Management: Being the liaison between functional and technical teams (data and engineering) to align project delivery dates/progression maps. Collaborating data mapping and strategizing data moves to meet project deadlines.
- Data Intelligence: Provide senior-level technical support on their Microsoft environment. Skills in SQL, T-SQL, Azure Databases, Microsoft Fabric and Python for automation will be needed.
- Data Visualization: Presenting project data to the business through Power BI and telling the story of their findings/make suggestions on BU changes.
A Bachelors degree will be required for this role. Preferably something related to business, data, or IT but anything is needed. Any certifications in Data/Business Intelligence, Project Management (PMP, Scrum, Agile), or Business Analytics will be a plus.
