Experience in a personal injury law firm and/or lemon law is preferred but is not mandatory.&nbsp; The central day to day duties will be answering incoming phone calls and greeting incoming clients on a day-to-day basis with a warm and pleasant attitude and demeanor and providing our clients with the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction. Additional legal assistant tasks will include miscellaneous client contact, communicating with insurance carriers, requesting and organizing medical records, scheduling medical appointments, managing client's medical care and appointments, calendaring events, and quality client care. Timeliness and reliability are also important traits for this position as well as the ability to listen carefully, follow directions and perform the job efficiently with little to no oversight or supervision. Positive attitude and good communication and writing skills along with multi-tasking are a must.
