Qualifications
<ul>
<li>JD from an accredited law school</li>
<li>Admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin</li>
<li>1+ years coverage litigation experience</li>
<li>Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D &amp; O and property)</li>
<li>Experience in both third-party and first-party claims</li>
<li>Coverage analysis and writing experience.</li>
<li>Superior analytical skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>

Compensation:
$65,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Meet with clients to discuss their claims</li>
<li>Assess cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime disputes, and wrongful termination</li>
<li>Manage the claims procedure and litigation process efficiently</li>
<li>Participate in negotiations for settlements</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with staff and managers to coordinate appointments and discussions</li>
<li>Prepare necessary legal documents such as notice of claims, EEOC charges, and state charge forms</li>
<li>Collaborate with EEOC investigators to provide evidence and support for cases</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>The position of an Employee's Rights Attorney in Independence, OH, US requires a Juris Doctorate for consideration</li>
<li>Candidates should either possess a current license to practice law or be in the process of awaiting Ohio bar results</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes for the ideal candidate for this role</li>
<li>A crucial requirement for this position is the ability to demonstrate empathy towards clients</li>
