Litigation Paralegal - Louisville
Busy downtown Louisville plaintiff law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with their medical malpractice, birth trauma and product liability cases.
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience as a paralegal. Duties include drafting and submitting record requests (FOIA, medical, employment, subpoenas, etc.); preparing exhibits for depositions and court filings; drafting complaints, interrogatories and other legal documents and legal research.
We are looking for a flexible team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and numerous tasks, and with impeccable attention to detail.
