<li>Setup and maintain user accounts within an enterprise environment.</li>

· Strong in Windows OS and Office applications.
· Have experience with network technologies such as switches, routers, access points, etc.
· 3+ years of experience in the IT field with working knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
· Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical concept in non-technical terms.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals.
· Strong analytical and technical ability to solve complex problems.
· Strong organizational skills needed. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
· Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
· Warehouse experience and warehouse IT experience is a plus.
· Logistics understanding and technology related to logistics within a warehouse environment is a plus.
· Past work or understanding the process of AGV’s is a plus.

The Project Engineer develops and evaluates designs to meet requirements of specified applications; work may include creation of previously non-existent products or modification of existing products, including product line extensions. Applies engineering principles and practices and draw solutions from a wide range of experience. Defines or captures product technical requirements. Develops verification and validation methods to ensure product meets technical requirements. Develops design FMEAs, performs reliability analysis. Leads cross-functional teams through the new product implementation process. Applies project management practices. Communicates project goals and objectives, including cost, schedule, resource management, technical performance and deliverables. Ensures documents will be produced at each stage of the process and that they conform to regulatory, statutory and stakeholder requirements. Facilitates meetings, conducts Design reviews. Supports Research and Development initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:

Conduct tests, document results, and develop client presentation. 6. Conduct and/or participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, codes, and other artifacts. 7. Evaluate engineering approaches and risks to produce and iterate development plans. 8. Train and support clients and field representatives. 9. Identify and keep abreast of novel technical concepts and markets. 10. Contribute to design standards and support design reuse. 11. Leads cross-functional teams through the new product introduction process. 12. Conduct project management activities such as communicating with external and internal customers design in order to track project cost and schedule milestones, maintain quality assurance processes, and keep the focus on delivering project commitments.

Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum: BSME or BS ME Technology, Desirable: MSME 
Experience: 3-5 yrs experience in design and processing of electro - mechanical assemblies. 5-10 years preferred; ROPS, FOPS, Seat Belt testing knowledge desirable
Skills: Proficient and comprehensive knowledge of defined skill areas/applications to integrate fundamental elements from other specialties into work assignments; apply knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to complete difficult assignments; Strong management and organizational abilities as well as ability to integrate and harmonize diverse functions.
