<li>Outgoing with previous leasing or sales experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager is a plus</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance standards</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring property teams </li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks across various locations </li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities </li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (Entrata preferred) </li>
<li>Creative mindset with experience in social media management and grassroots marketing.</li>

PAY:&nbsp;Flat-rate per job, ranging from $75 all the way up to $855+ per job (commission-based on job price)
LOCATION:&nbsp;Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut

Duties:
