We are looking to recruit 1099 subcontracted professional cleaners. If you enjoy cleaning, working independently, and having a work-life balance then this may be for you! Create your own schedule, and get paid up to $855+ per job and tips! Your own lead generation, customer support, and administrative tasks are not necessary.
LOOKING FOR: Experienced Professional Cleaner
PAY: Flat-rate per job, ranging from $75 all the way up to $855+ per job (commission-based on job price)
LOCATION: Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut
SHIFT: Typically ranges between 7am - 8pm (schedule may vary depending on job allocation; hours listed are hours of business operation)HOURS: Part-time/Full-time
Duties:
- Standard cleaning, deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, move in/out cleaning
- Clean residential houses, Airbnb, vacation rental homes, staged homes, etc.
- Clean kitchen, living room, dining room, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc.
- Clean offices, retail locations, restaurants, businesses, etc.
- Clean desks, cubicles, meetings rooms, mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, etc.
- Do an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client's expectation
- Must work hard, independently, smart, and quickly
- Must be reliable, have high standards, positive, treat clients with respect and kindness, and have fast, clear communication
Requirements:
- 1+ years of paid cleaning experience
- Must speak English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
- Reliable transportation not shared with others
- Cleaning supplies & equipment
- Smart phone
- Must have own general liability insurance
Work Location:
- Locations all around Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut
