<li>Working inside a variety of different CNC controls, such as FANUC, Okuma OSP, Pro 5/6, and Siemens.</li>
<li>Select appropriate cutting tools, machining strategies, and parameters such as feed rates and spindle speeds.</li>
<li>Reading and interpreting technical blueprints &amp; drawings using GD&amp;T, CAD/CAM files, and design specifications to ensure accurate machining of components.</li>
<li>Create setup sheets and provide detailed instructions and training for CNC Machine Operators</li>
<li>Monitor machine operations, make tool wear offsets as needed, and troubleshoot issues to maintain quality standards.</li>
<li>Load raw materials into CNC machines and set up tools for machining operations.</li>
<li>Using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, gage blocks, gage pins, etc., to ensure the accuracy of your work.</li>
<li>Holding tolerances down to .0005"</li>
<li>Adhering to industry safety standards, company safety policies, and maintaining a safe work environment.  </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Strong technical skills in mathematics, blueprint reading, GD&amp;T attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication for teamwork are required.</li>
<li>Vocational school, apprenticeship, or Machine Tool Technology associate degree preferred. </li>
<li>Experienced using CAD/CAM Programming software such as Esprit, MasterCAM, Autodesk Fusion </li>
<li>Experience with Fanuc, OSP, or Siemens controls are a plus!</li>
<li>Experience programming &amp; setting up 3-4 axis machining centers required. 5-axis are a plus!</li>
<li>Experience programming &amp; setting up mill-turn / multitasking machines such as an Okuma Multus/Mazak Integrex/Mori NT/NTX/CTX are a plus!</li>
<li>Experience programming &amp; setting up twin-turret/twin-spindle lathes w/ bar feeders are a plus!</li>

Education Requirements:

Job Description
Provide installation, startup, repair and preventive maintenance services for online sample systems, sample conditioning systems and instrumentation in the power and other industries. Service is performed at the customer site while promoting customer satisfaction and growth throughout the assigned territory.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Use established work instructions to provide installation, startup, repair and routine maintenance, calibrations and verification services for online instrumentation.</li>
<li>Analyze problems, identify solutions, make corrections, and troubleshoot. Provide technical support for customers while on site and while traveling. Confidently communicate problems and solutions to customers.</li>
<li>Maintain and coordinate a full schedule of service with customers. Manage territory workload to facilitate successful attainment of territory goals.</li>
<li>Full ownership of schedule and booked services.</li>
<li>Create service reports and deliver to customer on time per goals set forth by Service Manager.</li>
<li>Full service account ownership within assigned territories. Execute booked orders in total to meet goal set forth by Service Manager. Be fully aware of number of visits each agreement and ensure they are completed before contract expiration date.</li>
<li>Work cooperatively with service team, product support and sales (inside &amp; outside) staff to promote customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Actively promote contractual service agreements, equipment upgrades and parts &amp; consumable purchases for equipment.</li>
<li>Utilize Salesforce CRM, Epicor and Microsoft Office to communicate, deliver reports to customers, manage individual schedules, track and update information, find contacts, etc.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with Contract Administrator, Service Supervisor and Service Managers to maintain schedule accuracy.</li>
<li>Document details of activities. Submit prompt and accurate service and expense reports.</li>
<li>Ensure correct safety procedures are being used. Complete OSHA 10-hour general safety training.</li>
</ul>
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Education &amp; Experience: Preferably a two-year technical degree in electronics; equivalent experience may substitute.</li>
<li>Strong electromechanical skills.</li>
<li>Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to run limited sample tubing and equipment mounting</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate proficiency with commonly used electronic test equipment</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Able to read and understand P&amp;ID and isometric drawings to determine tie points and equipment mounting locations</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of fluid flow characteristics</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with Motor Vehicle Records review that satisfies company policy.</li>
<li>Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. on industrial catwalks and stairways</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize work</li>
<li>Ability to travel </li>
