Job Description

Job Title: Pediatric Wheelchair Assembly Technician
Location: Torrance, CA
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $17.88/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to join our production team. This is a hands-on role assembling pediatric wheelchairs and mobility devices. You’ll work directly with components, reading blueprints and schematics, using hand and power tools, and ensuring every product meets high-quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble pediatric wheelchairs, scooters, and mobility devices following blueprints and work instructions.
Perform quality checks at each stage to ensure safety and product standards.
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Package and prepare finished products for shipment with proper labeling and protection.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and suggest improvements to assembly processes.

Requirements:

Hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience (medical devices, mobility equipment, furniture, or mechanical products preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical diagrams.
Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
