3. Communicating and corresponding with clients, Attorney, and insurance adjusters regarding case status

<li>Weekly reports</li>
<li>Monthly team meetings</li>
<li>Attend Quarterly Meetings (mandatory)</li>
<li>Regular, consistent, punctual attendance.</li>

Requirements:
Skills:
<ul>
<li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to operate standard office equipment</li>
<li>Understanding legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.</li>
<li>Standard clerical and general office administration procedures.</li>
<li>High command of English grammar, usage, punctuation, and spelling.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while maintaining organization</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment. </li>
</ul>
Attributes:
Experience and Education:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Three to five years relevant work experience in related field such as insurance and/or medical billing, insurance verification or accounting.</li>
<li>Prefer Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</li>
<li>This job operates in a professional office environment. Exposure to computer screens and low level of noise.</li>
</ul>
