WIC staff perform a variety of professional duties for the Women, Infants and Children Program. Communication, Meetings and Annual Events

<li>Assists with WIC Program’s SharePoint platform to support interdepartmental organization and access to primary documents.</li>
<li>Disseminate relevant program updates, training opportunities and quality improvement initiatives to staff.</li>
<li>Assists with monthly nutritionists’ staff meetings to provide updates, reinforce policies, share best practices and foster team engagement.</li>
<li>Plans and manages WIC sponsored events in collaboration with WIC staff including logistics, promotion, and evaluation including but not limited to National Nutrition Month, Breastfeeding Awareness Month and Annual WIC Baby Shower.</li>

<li>Assists in monitoring program data and quality indicators to ensure compliance and efficiency.</li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in nutrition. Masters Preferred.</li>
<li>Maintains active certification as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC)</li>
<li>At least three (2) years of experience with WIC or a similar food assistance program.</li>
<li>Supervisory experience in a clinical, community health, or administrative setting.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of maternal and child nutrition and lactation support.</li>
<li>Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.</li>

Position Summary:
The Hospice Aide reports to the Clinical Manager and is expected to function as a member of the health services team. The Home Health Aide is trained to provide personal care and related services in the home. The Hospice Aide is assigned to specific patients and functions under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Staff Registered Nurse/Case Manager, the Supervising Therapist, and Clinical Manager.
Required Experience for Hospice Aide:
