The Youth Sports Coach is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelines. Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years.</li>
<li>Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.</li>
<li>Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times.</li>
<li>Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors.</li>
<li>Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking.</li>
<li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.</li>
