Job Overview
You will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners and you will be working with a variety of different companies, from e-commerce retailers to media outlets, and help them generate revenue by promoting their products or services through third-party websites or platforms.
Main Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs </li>
<li>Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities</li>
<li>Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts</li>
<li>Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our terms</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners</li>
<li>Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)</li>
<li>Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information</li>
<li>Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued</li>
<li>Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services</li>
<li>Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)</li>
<li>Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns</li>
<li>Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates</li>
<li>Represent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or any other related field is a plus </li>
<li>At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role</li>
<li>Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plus</li>
<li>Excellent command of English is a must</li>
<li>Native Spanish is a must</li>
<li>Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks</li>
<li>Exceptional planning and project management skills</li>
<li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to travel when needed to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations</li>
