Industrial Painter - Day Shift - $22 - $26/hr + OT
Aegis Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Painter to join our operations team. In this role, you will apply high-quality powder coatings to various parts and components, ensuring a durable and defect-free finish. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced, hot work environment, stand for long periods, lift up to 65 lbs., and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and kneeling safely. This position offers the opportunity to grow and cross-train across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Inspect raw materials for defects and ensure proper surface preparation.</li>
<li>Mask and plug threads, bolts, or areas not to be coated.</li>
<li>Apply powder coatings accurately, following color codes and powder specifications.</li>
<li>Operate and adjust powder coating equipment and controls.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on powder guns, booths, and related equipment.</li>
<li>Log powder usage and maintain inventory records.</li>
<li>Identify and correct paint defects on finished parts.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.</li>
<li>Cross-train in other departments as needed.</li>
