Job DescriptionProduction Specialist – Juda, Wisconsin Our customer in Juda, WI is seeking motivated Production Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time, 2nd-shift position offering consistent hours, excellent benefits, and weekly pay.Responsibilities of the Production Specialist:
- Perform a variety of tasks in the Mix, Mill, and Mold (MMM) rooms related to cheese manufacturing.
- Operate a forklift.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging equipment.
- Test, inspect, and document product quality, providing feedback to leadership.
- Assist with training programs for new team members.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Follow safety and food quality standards at all times.
Production Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience operating a forklift.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related manufacturing and/or food production experience.
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs., climb, and work in varying temperatures (humid, hot, and cold environments).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
