What the role involves:
Working as part of the People Engagement team, the People Advisor (PA)&nbsp; provides support to the People Business Partners (PBPs) throughout the entire employee lifecycle. We are looking for a brilliant People and Development Administrator to join our team on a 6 months fixed term contract (potential opportunity to become a permanent contract); you'll be responsible for administrating and coordinating a range of vital processes and activities across people operations and L&amp;D. The accurate and efficient completion of these play an important role in ensuring we have a diverse team of talented people who have what they need to deliver brilliant work, and can learn, grow and have fun while doing it. 
Responsibilities will include:

<li>Preparing permanent and fixed-term contracts, welcome emails and relevant administration for new starters.</li>
<li>Managing the RY induction programme for all new joiners </li>
<li>Preparing freelance contracts, Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and welcome emails, ensuring managers and support teams are prepared for the arrival and onboarding of freelancers. </li>
<li>Liaising with the Workflow, Production and Birmingham teams to confirm freelancer extensions and updating relevant systems and paperwork with new end dates.</li>
<li>Actioning freelance contract extensions or amendments in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Completing contract addendums, hire change notification emails for any employment changes, including updating relevant systems and org charts. </li>
<li>Managing sickness absence; reviewing data, collecting self cert forms and highlighting concerns. </li>
<li>Keeping the People team weekly meeting agenda up to date with starters, leavers, 3-month check ins, probations&nbsp;etc.</li>
<li>Organising training sessions, including room bookings, invites, reminders and keeping external/internal trainers update with attendance details </li>

People and Development Administrator (6 month contract)

<li>Advise, support, and facilitate HR in operating units and countries in performance related matters and to provide supporting resources in the identification of improvement areas</li>
<li>Benchmark performance management practices within different companies and recommended improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Facilitate managers and individual coaching sessions with employees placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related field; professional certifications like GRP or CCP are an advantage.</li>
<li>At least 8 years of relevant experience in Rewards and Performance Management, with 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the Malaysian property development or real estate sector.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act, Income Tax Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and compliance requirements for compensation and benefits.</li>
<li>Solid experience in managing annual salary reviews, bonus exercises and benefits programs </li>
<li>Proficient in interpreting market benchmarking data to drive competitiveness in rewards strategy.</li>
<li>Skilled in performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews, calibration sessions, and PIP coaching.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to HRIS systems. </li>
