<li>Contact the customer for pick up or delivery.</li>
<li>Ensure that a secured payment is made prior to releasing serviced vehicles.</li>
<li>Keep Uptime Pro updated as needed (Freightliner Elite Support locations).</li>
<li>Answer service calls.</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>

Requirements:
WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp; PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Required to perform work inside and outside, in all-weather situations, at the shop division location.</li>
<li>Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity, fine manipulation, the ability to reach with hands and arms, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.</li>
<li>Must be able to operate simple, complex and heavy-duty machinery.</li>
<li>Normal range of hearing and vision.</li>

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS:

Job Overview:
We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest</li>
<li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li>
<li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest&nbsp;concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li>
<li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate&nbsp;&nbsp;concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li>

Qualifications 
Qualifications:&nbsp;

<li>Holds EPA&nbsp;609 Certification for refrigerant and A/C related repairs&nbsp;</li>
<li>The ability to effectively explain complex vehicle issues to customers and team members&nbsp;</li>
<li>5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic</li>
<li>ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve</li>
<li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li>
<li>The capability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues required</li>
<li>Meet or exceed hourly goals</li>
<li>The ability to work well with others&nbsp;</li>
<li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li>

Physical Requirements:
