Millwork &amp; Woodshop Manager – Full Time
We’re looking for an experienced Millwork &amp; Woodshop Manager to lead our in-house millwork division and help us deliver beautiful, high-quality custom work across our construction and design projects. This is a leadership role for someone who cares deeply about craftsmanship, people, and process.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations of the millwork and woodshop team
Manage schedules, workflow, quality control, and resources
Mentor and support a team of skilled woodworkers
Collaborate with construction, design, sales, estimating, and project management
Support accurate estimating, pricing, and scheduling of millwork
Ensure millwork is delivered on time and to spec
Uphold high standards for craftsmanship and finish quality
Improve systems for drawings, approvals, production tracking, and shop communication
Control costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
Build strong relationships with vendors and specialty suppliers
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in custom millwork, cabinetry, or architectural woodworking
Proven experience leading a woodshop or production team
Deep knowledge of materials, production methods, and finish standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to balance quality, timeline, and budget
Comfortable working with architectural drawings
Experience with CAD/CAM and modern shop machinery is required

As an&nbsp;Industrial Paint Preparer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of industrial products and surfaces. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing surfaces for priming, painting, and ensuring the proper adhesion of topcoat paints. You will work closely with painters and other team members to meet project specifications and deadlines while adhering to safety and quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Prepare products for blast, prime or paint, etc.</li>
<li>Blow off sand or debris</li>
<li>Tape or plug areas that do not require blast, prime or paint</li>
<li>Transport to proper locations and set up in bay</li>
<li>Take product down</li>
<li>Look over and touch up light or missed areas</li>
<li>Place parts on pallet</li>
<li>Wrap or band product for shipment</li>
<li>Load and unload racks of parts for cleaning and spraying.</li>
<li>Mask parts prior to paint.</li>
<li>Inspect and wrap painted parts.</li>
<li>Light assembly using common hand tools and clinch hardware press.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
