Millwork Manager

Millwork & Woodshop Manager – Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced Millwork & Woodshop Manager to lead our in-house millwork division and help us deliver beautiful, high-quality custom work across our construction and design projects. This is a leadership role for someone who cares deeply about craftsmanship, people, and process.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily operations of the millwork and woodshop team

Manage schedules, workflow, quality control, and resources

Mentor and support a team of skilled woodworkers

Collaborate with construction, design, sales, estimating, and project management

Support accurate estimating, pricing, and scheduling of millwork

Ensure millwork is delivered on time and to spec

Uphold high standards for craftsmanship and finish quality

Improve systems for drawings, approvals, production tracking, and shop communication

Control costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency

Build strong relationships with vendors and specialty suppliers

What We’re Looking For

10+ years in custom millwork, cabinetry, or architectural woodworking

Proven experience leading a woodshop or production team

Deep knowledge of materials, production methods, and finish standards

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to balance quality, timeline, and budget

Comfortable working with architectural drawings

Experience with CAD/CAM and modern shop machinery is required
