Overview:
The Gas Separation Process Engineer will be primarily responsible for developing process engineering designs and specifications for Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) projects and commercial proposals. You'll provide process support for the start-up and ongoing operations of our client's needs.
Responsibilities include:

<li>Analyze costs and benefits of various process solutions and select optimum design cases for the system and the equipment.</li>
<li>Perform process simulations and calculations, write process specifications, and provide accurate process data to support compressors, air chiller, adsorption systems, distillation columns, cold boxes, control valves, relief valves, manual valves, pumps, heat exchangers, tanks, pipeline measurement equipment, analyzers, silencers, cooling towers, and other air separation equipment components specifications and purchasing.</li>
<li>Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Heat and Material Balances (H&amp;MB).</li>
<li>Participate in P&amp;IDs development, HAZOP, plant commissioning and start-up, technical risk analysis, safety and environmental assessments and documentation, ASU troubleshooting and investigations.</li>
<li>Ensure successful completion of assigned project phases on schedule and within budget.</li>
<li>Review technical aspects of vendor equipment proposals.</li>
<li>Review and check project specific drawings and data sheets to ensure compliance with design criteria and standards.</li>
<li>Interface with customers and suppliers as required.</li>
<li>Keep current with state-of-the-art industrial gas tools, design practices, methods and concepts.</li>

<li>Performing and reviewing physical, chemical and assay on raw materials, in-process and finished products</li>
<li>Performing tests using HPLC, IC and FTIR etc.</li>
<li>Calibration of instruments and maintaining calibration records.</li>
<li>Maintaining Logbooks and Laboratory Notebooks.</li>
<li>Reviewing Batch Production Records.</li>

Position Description:
The position of Cultivation Technician will play a crucial role in the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure plant maintenance tasks/ cleanings are done according to Ilera's SOPs. Perform daily tasks related to plant care, including watering, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
Schedule
Tuesday-Saturday 8a-4:30p
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Follows and adheres to all Safety procedures and protocols</li>
<li>Maintenance and pruning of plants</li>
<li>Working with the Cultivation Manager and supervisors to ensure proper care of the plants</li>
<li>Ensures proper housekeeping and cleaning practices are handled daily according to SOPs</li>
<li>Adheres to regulatory requirements of LDH daily (e.g., labeling, tagging and daily tracking charts, etc.)</li>
<li>Adheres to all security protocols and mandates of LDH</li>
<li>Able to push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lbs</li>
<li>Capable of sitting, standing, bending, squatting and/or walking for long hours at a time</li>
<li>Ensure good communication between team members</li>
<li>Perform other duties as needed/or required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail</li>
<li>Self-motivated to learn and improve.</li>
<li>Strong mathematical skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide various units of measure.</li>
<li>Able to work autonomously with little supervision</li>
<li>Can maintain a positive attitude</li>
<li>Proficient in computer programs including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and e-mail.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, constantly changing, team environment.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Ability to read, interpret, and apply information obtained from manuals, data sheets, or other documents.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED is required.</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture or Plant Sciences preferred (willing to accept 3+ years of verifiable work experience in horticulture in lieu of a degree)</li>
<li>Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>Must be and remain compliant with all company regulations.</li>
