The Position
The Antibody Discovery Summer Intern will support Discovery Chemistry research at Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals' Madison, WI site, contributing to projects focused on antibody development and screening to advance RNAi therapeutic delivery. This role is responsible for:

What You’ll Do
You will:

<li>Transfer products into and out of pails, drums, and totes using transfer pumps and hoses</li>
<li>Read paperwork with chemical amounts and blending instructions</li>
<li>Pull product samples and submit them to the Lab for quality control</li>
<li>Label containers and secure closures</li>
<li>Inspect, label, store, and prepare products for shipment</li>
<li>Stage, load, and unload pails, drums, and totes</li>
<li>Operate a forklift</li>
<li>Wear required PPE for safety</li>
<li>Keep your work area safe, clean, and orderly</li>
<li>Lift and/or move 55 lbs</li>
<li>Cross-train in areas such as shipping/receiving, bulk handling, inventory control, chemical packaging, fiberglass handling, tote cleaning, preventive maintenance, and yard truck spotting</li>
</ul>
Candidates Should Possess

The Opportunity
 We are seeking a Lab Services Supervisor to play a critical leadership role within our laboratory operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about training, quality, and developing high-performing teams.
In this role, you will oversee and deliver laboratory training, mentor staff, and partner closely with management to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive, professional work environment. 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Lead, deliver, and oversee training for new and current laboratory personnel. </li>
<li>Mentor and coach team members, providing ongoing performance feedback and development support. </li>
<li>Evaluate training effectiveness and manage corrective action plans when needed. </li>
<li>Maintain a collaborative, respectful, and safety-focused workplace culture.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with the FSNS Quality Manual, SOPs, QC standards, and ISO 17025 guidelines. </li>
<li>Conduct internal audits related to training and test performance. </li>
<li>Maintain trainer qualifications and required certifications.</li>
<li>Process samples and perform testing as needed across multiple laboratory areas. </li>
<li>Maintain the ability to perform all functions reporting to the supervisor. </li>
<li>Oversee test results and reporting, including communication of out-of-specification results. </li>
<li>Address client needs in collaboration with the Management Team.</li>
<li>Work closely with Operations and Technical Managers to support lab priorities and schedules. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through effective training. </li>
<li>Stay current with industry trends, scientific literature, and professional development opportunities.</li>

Education &amp; Experience

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field required. </li>
<li>Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred. </li>
<li>Minimum of two years of analytical laboratory experience and at least one year of experience managing or supervising personnel, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </li>
<li>Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, FDA, BAM, APHA, and Compendium methods is required. </li>
<li>Working knowledge of LIMS and Microsoft Office is required.</li>

Precigen is seeking a highly motivated and creative Research Associate-Research Associate II (level TBD based on candidate experience) with exceptional laboratory skills to support our human health initiatives at our Germantown, MD location. The candidate will independently perform and be responsible for cell-based assays, tissue culture experiments, general molecular biology techniques, and plasmid construction. This position will require flexibility to handle several cell-based projects at the same time. Laboratory aptitude, electronic laboratory notebook maintenance, and good communication skills are important.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li>B.S. or M.S. in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum two (2) years of laboratory research experience, preferably in an industry setting.</li>
<li>Also required are combinations of the following skills:

<li>Proficiency in sterile cell culture techniques, particularly maintenance and manipulation of mammalian cell lines</li>
