To assist in managing the daily operations pertaining to the NJCAA Division III/Region XIX/GSAC Women’s Basketball Team. The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will report to, and work with, the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics to further the institutional goals of the College. The individual must demonstrate the ability to lead a program with longstanding tradition of excellence in both athletics and academics with integrity and energy. 
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Recruitment of qualified student-athletes with a commitment to academic success and the ability to relate to those student-athletes. </li>
<li>Assist in organizing and training student-athletes during all scheduled practices and games;</li>
<li>Assist in creating long-term player development plans; technical, tactical and physical, and development of individual players over time. </li>
<li>Assist in planning comprehensive pre and post season conditioning activities; </li>
<li>Assist in promoting all aspects of the men's basketball program, the BCC Athletics Department; Community College through marketing, advancement and public relations activities. </li>

<li>Assist in team travel arrangements and fund-raising activities. </li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all NJCAA Division III and College rules and regulations. </li>

<li>Works with the Athletic Department to assure that athletic injuries are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. </li>

<li>Helps chauffeur team on all away contests. </li>
<li>Candidate must have computer literacy and report scores, statistics, game highlights.</li>

<li>Report and address student concerns in a timely fashion through the use of one-on-one interaction, Retention Alert, and group meetings. </li>

SPECIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A high school degree is required, Associates preferred. 
Experience: The candidate must demonstrate the ability to coach successfully, with a minimum of one year playing experience, at the high school and/or collegiate level. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Effective oral and written skills, thorough knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations, and the ability to work with students, faculty, staff, alumni, boosters, college administration and media outlets is required, and the ability to utilize technology to further the operations of the Athletics Office. Candidates must be certified in CPR and First Aid.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Drivers Education Instructor to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of road safety, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to fostering responsible driving habits among learners.
Key Responsibilities

<li> Conduct behind-the-wheel instruction for driver education students.</li>
<li> Develop and deliver engaging and informative lessons that align with state curriculum standards.</li>
<li> Provide personalized instruction to meet the unique needs of individual learners.</li>
<li> Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.</li>
<li> Utilize innovative teaching methods to ensure students not only meet minimum standards but develop a comprehensive understanding of road safety.</li>
<li> Administer and evaluate driving tests in accordance with state regulations.</li>
<li> Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance.</li>

Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Driver's Education Instructor Certification.
- FBI/BCI report no older than 90 days
- Physical no older than one year
- Proven experience as a Drivers Education Instructor.
- Strong knowledge of state driving laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Patient and supportive demeanor with a commitment to promoting safe driving habits.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Familiarity with local demographics and driving challenges in Columbiana, Jefferson, and Harrison Counties.
