The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach, who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. 
Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. 
New Coaches can work *5-20 classes a week and can earn from $25per hr up to $45per hr. Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast. The Schedule: The majority of classes are held during the after school hours and on weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below: Monday-Friday (Times): 3:00-6:00 Weekends: (Times) 9:00-12:00.
The Location: Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Primary responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

JOB DETAILS: This is an hourly position with a daily schedule of 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Offering great perks, including JCC Health &amp; Fitness center access, a supportive, vibrant in-person work environment, and a competitive starting pay rate range between $15-$17 per hour. The pay rate offered will ultimately be determined by relevant qualifications, experience, and JCC's internal equity. 
This 8 week camp program is June 22 - August 21, including staff training. While we prefer candidates who are available all summer, we recognize that candidates may have other obligations and are happy to work with your schedule.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

<li>10th grade (or equivalent) and eligible for work permit </li>
<li>1+ season (summer camp, semester, babysitting, coaching, other) experience working with children </li>

<li>Ability to swim and supervise children in pool (able to stand in pool).</li>
<li>Ability to work in variety of weather conditions for extended periods of time in case of rain, heat, humidity, cold, or other environmental factors to ensure the supervision and safety of campers in our care at all times. </li>

Responsible for recruiting and coaching the Football program within established college, A-R-C and NCAA guidelines. 
Essential Functions Statement(s)

<li>Given that the College is a diocesan Catholic college, will carry out your functions of your position in support of the College's Catholic Identity, mission and in support of Church teachings.</li>
<li>Oversee the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of potential football student-athletes.</li>
<li>Monitors the academic progress of each football student-athlete in the program. </li>
