Location: This is a full-time, onsite position at our farm in Ely, Nevada.&nbsp; Schedule: Our schedule is Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., with occasional holidays/weekends as needed.&nbsp; Core Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Perform daily scouting to monitor pest and disease activity throughout the facility.</li>
<li>Assist with the application of pesticides, beneficial insects, or other IPM techniques (using fog spray applicator) as directed.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate logs of pest sightings, treatments, and environmental data.</li>
<li>Support the implementation of weekly/monthly IPM schedules.</li>
<li>Communicate findings clearly to the Cultivation Manager and recommend appropriate next steps.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of IPM storage areas and tools.</li>
<li>Learn basic pest/disease identification and prevention practices.</li>
<li>Follow SOPs, checklists, and visual guides.</li>
<li>Follow instructions so all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Participate in research and evaluation of new products or techniques under direction.</li>
</ul>
Requirements &nbsp; Education &amp; Experience &nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or experience in agriculture, horticulture, or plant sciences preferred.</li>
<li>1+ year of experience in cannabis cultivation or greenhouse pest control highly preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 200+&nbsp;pounds intermittently for short periods.</li>
<li>Ability to learn scouting and data collection techniques.</li>
<li>Ability to learn and understand pest life cycles, beneficial organisms, and organic treatment options.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment in varying temperatures.</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and follow compliance standards.</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently and with a team.</li>
<li>Good recordkeeping and organizational skills.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements &amp; Environmental Factors:

<li>Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 200+&nbsp;pounds intermittently.</li>
<li>Standing/Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often in a greenhouse environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Repetitive Motion: Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to handle plants and equipment.</li>
<li>Manual Dexterity: Proficient hand-eye coordination for tasks such as cloning, trellising, and transplanting &nbsp;</li>
<li>Work Environment: Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels typical of greenhouse environments.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.</li>
<li>Chemical Exposure: Handling and spraying pesticides.</li>
<li>Respiratory Irritants:&nbsp;Cannabis dust, fumes from sprays. Must wear respirator while applying sprays.</li>
