What you will need:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Must be 21&nbsp;years or older.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons 65 and older.&nbsp;</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English </li>
<li>Valid driver's license and proof of insurance in the state you are employed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Medication Management Administration certificate within 90 days of hire.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Active Mandatory Reporter Certification preferred.&nbsp;</li>
