Weekend Shift Incentive: Earn an Extra $1.50/Hour on ALL Saturday & Sunday Shifts!

We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/NACs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs), with priority given to caregivers available for weekday late afternoon/evening and overnight (NOC) shifts.
Weekend caregivers receive an additional $1.50/hour for all Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Late Afternoon / Evening Shifts

• Availability: Monday–Friday, between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM

• Ideal for caregivers who enjoy later-day schedules and providing evening support to clients.

🌙 NOC (Overnight) Shifts

• Availability: Approximately 7:00/8:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM

• Weekday and weekend openings available

• A great fit for caregivers who prefer quiet, consistent overnight hours.

Your Role

As a CNA or HCA, you will support clients in living safely and comfortably at home by:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Supporting mobility and safe transfers

• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition

• Taking and recording vital signs

• Assisting with meals, feeding, and hydration

• Performing light housekeeping and ensuring a safe home environment

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation
  

  ✅ What We’re Looking For

• Current NAC/CNA or HCA certification

• Experience in home care, long-term care, or other healthcare settings

• Experience with Hoyer lifts, dementia care, or end-of-life (hospice) care is a plus

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers

• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
