Resident Assistant - Evening Shift

Job DescriptionAbout Us: At Mirabile M.D., we believe true beauty is about feeling empowered in your skin. That’s why we’ve combined gynecology, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and aesthetics into one comprehensive center—providing expert care for every stage of your wellness journey! Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed, experienced Aesthetician to join our team for a full-time position (min 4 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering results-oriented facials, microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels, and body contouring. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Perform a variety of customized facials and laser treatments including (but not limited to):
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Body Contouring, Ultherapy, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus 8, IPL and more!</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Consult with clients to recommend facials, lasers, skin tightening, body contouring and more.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans</li>
<li>Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked</li>
<li>Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations</li>
<li>Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education</li>
</ul>
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
<ul>
<li>SkinPen + other device specific certifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid state Aesthetician License in Kansas</li>
<li>Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials and skincare treatments</li>
<li>Passionate about skincare and client results</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Punctual, professional, and polished appearance</li>
</ul>
