What do you need to be a Resident Services Coordinator?

<li>Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN or LPN</li>
<li>1 or more years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community in a similar role</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates</li>
<li>Strong written communication and computer skills</li>
<li>Availability to work outside of normal operating hours including evenings and weekends is required</li>

Responsibilities of the Care Partner 
<ul>
<li>Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy. </li>
<li>Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc. </li>
<li>Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested. </li>
<li>Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity. </li>
<li>Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. </li>
<li>Completes state required training upon hire and annually. </li>
</ul>
Required Experience
<ul>
<li>Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>CA Caregiver Registration (HCA)</li>
<li>Senior Living experience required.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.</li>
<li>State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.</li>
<li>LIC 503 Health Screening Report</li>
</ul>
