Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.</li>
<li>Provide verbal and/or physical prompts to support individuals in daily activities and promote independent living, such as working toward personal goals, meal preparation, cleaning, transportation, and social engagement.</li>
<li>Accurately document progress toward individual goals and maintain timely and detailed logs during each shift.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Designated Developmental Professional (DDP) and local office staff to ensure quality care.</li>
</ul>

<li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>

Requirements:

<li>CNAs must have current state registration</li>
<li>Utilizes basic knowledge of communication techniques, infection control, safety, body mechanics, and age-related differences when providing care.</li>
<li>Prefer a high school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Able to read, write and comprehend English</li>
<li>Must complete an annual training</li>
<li>One year experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must be 18 years old.</li>
