North Central Utility is one of the largest semi-trailer dealerships in the nation and the largest in the North Central region with 10 locations throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. We offer reefer, dry van and flatbed trailers from Utility Trailer Manufacturing at all locations and vocational trailers from MAC Trailers in Wisconsin - we sell new and used semi-trailers. With Moore Space, we offer temporary storage container solutions as well. Our parts department has an extensive inventory in Heavy-Duty Truck/Tractor and Trailer parts. Position Title: CNC Machine Operator
Altronic, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting CNC Machine Operator for our Girard, Ohio location. Candidate will be responsible for providing high quality sub-assemblies and machined components to the final assembly departments. To achieve and maintain this, the applicant must be able to communicate with other operators, machinists, and the Supervisor in an open and professional manner. While machining the product(s), the candidate will be responsible for inspecting the assemblies and components using various micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure they meet quality standards based off working procedures and Engineering drawings. During the duration of the shift, the candidate is responsible to maintain not only quality standards, but also the necessary productivity, safety, and on-time completion standards for the position. This position also requires general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and orderly work area. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Supervisor to accommodate fluctuating production schedules and requirements. Note that our machine shop is a clean and temperature-controlled shop!
This is a full-time hourly position, night shift, Monday-Friday schedule, and Overtime as needed.
 
Main Tasks. Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of operating manual and CNC lathes, vertical, and horizonal mills, drill presses, and various support equipment. The Process Engineer provides technical engineering input to requests for quotes and equipment specifications, performs and coordinates technical estimating, quotes and prices activities for new and aftermarket equipment and products for the corn wet milling and ethanol industry.
Role and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Perform analytical design studies and specify system components for equipment in the corn wet milling and ethanol industry</li>
<li>Work with internal and external resources to prepare technical requirements encompassing the project. This includes P&amp;IDs, equipment layouts, and equipment specification for purchase</li>
<li>Develop project schedules and coordinate with a client’s engineer and/or contractor</li>
<li>Track and control project progress and costs</li>
<li>Interface with vendors (write specs, issue inquiry, review bids, develop customer submittals) to select the most cost-effective components</li>
<li>Work with a client’s contractor or internal personnel to arrange commissioning of equipment in the field</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Process, Chemical, or Biological Engineering. Master’s degree or PhD highly desired</li>
<li>5+ years work experience in Sales Engineering and/or Process / Project Engineering with customer experience preferred</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with people at all levels inside and outside the organization via written and oral means</li>
<li>May require travel of up to 15% domestic, with some international</li>

Join our team as a Fab Operator, where you will be responsible for grinding and double-sided polishing in a semi-cleanroom environment from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Run finished wafers through various baths and testing.</li>
<li>Conduct heat treatment on wafers.</li>
<li>Package finished products efficiently.</li>
<li>Utilize cleanroom bunny suit and personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.</li>
<li>Safely transport wafers.</li>
<li>Exercise wafer handling skills to prevent loss due to carelessness.</li>
<li>Complete batch divide process steps as needed.</li>
<li>Load and unload wafers on DSP tools.</li>
<li>Stage incoming work as necessary.</li>
<li>Process wafers through the post DSP clean bench.</li>
<li>Enter data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and GIP, and load process recipes into production tool computers.</li>
<li>Maintain continuous and accurate data collection and input.</li>
<li>Adhere to 5S protocol for housekeeping of process tools and immediate floor and wall space.</li>
<li>Perform visual inspections of wafers, both front and back sides.</li>
<li>Conduct pad changes on DSP tools as assigned.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned or directed.</li>
<li>Run multiple machines after gaining sufficient experience.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed pass downs to report shift progress.</li>
</ul>

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
