<li>Set up, operate, and monitor Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Swiss bar machines to meet production goals and quality standards. </li>

<li>Inspect parts to ensure accuracy to customer and drawing specifications. </li>

<li>Perform routine maintenance and follow all safety procedures.</li>
\n
<li>Accurately document production runs, part counts, and quality data.</li>
\n
<li>Collaborate with teammates to identify and implement process improvements.</li>

\n What We're Looking For:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred.</li>
\n
<li>Minimum of 3 years of CNC Lathe or Swiss-turn experience required.</li>

<li>Mastercam programming experience a plus.</li>
\n
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li>
\n
<li>Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.</li>
\n
<li>Proficiency with hand tools, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments.</li>

<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.</li>
