Requirements

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Total Rewards to lead compensation, equity, and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top-tier talent. This individual will oversee the design and execution of a scalable global rewards strategy that aligns with business goals and supports a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends data-driven decision-making with strategic foresight, particularly in equity and pre-IPO frameworks. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to build programs that support the company’s rapid growth and evolving organizational needs.
Accountabilities:

<li>Design and implement global Total Rewards strategies across compensation, equity, and benefits programs to support a high-growth, pre-IPO environment.</li>
<li>Lead annual compensation processes including merit cycles, salary adjustments, bonus planning, and executive pay recommendations.</li>
<li>Oversee equity programs including grant modeling, forecasting, and long-term incentive planning, in partnership with Finance and Legal.</li>
<li>Manage global benefits operations and planning, including health plans, retirement offerings, wellness initiatives, and compliance.</li>
<li>Collaborate on job architecture, salary bands, benchmarking, and vendor management for compensation and benefits tools.</li>
<li>Use analytics to drive pay-for-performance culture and recommend program improvements based on KPI tracking.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, ideally within a fast-paced tech or SaaS organization.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in equity compensation frameworks, stock refresh programs, and pre-IPO readiness.</li>
<li>Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and forecasting.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of global compensation tools, benchmarking platforms (e.g., Pave, Radford), and market trends.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience partnering with executives and boards.</li>
<li>High emotional intelligence, strong ethical standards, and a collaborative leadership style.</li>
<li>Experience with tools like Pave and Rippling is a plus.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li>
