Your Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Perform thorough vehicle inspections and reconditioning of used cars
</li>
<li>
Diagnose and repair a wide range of issues including electrical systems, mechanical components, and interior/exterior trim
</li>
<li>
Execute repairs efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
</li>
<li>
Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to verify repairs and identify further concerns
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with the Service Advisor to communicate vehicle status and additional service recommendations
</li>
<li>
Complete warranty repairs in line with Mazda manufacturer specifications
</li>
<li>
Maintain a clean, professional workspace and uphold company safety and quality standards
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Proven experience in used car reconditioning and general automotive repair
</li>
<li>
High-level Mazda experience preferred
</li>
<li>
ASE or similar certifications highly desirable
</li>
<li>
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems
</li>
<li>
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform complete and accurate inspections
</li>
<li>
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license
</li>
<li>
Willing to submit to a background check
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills
</li>
</ul>
