We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Equipment Mechanic to join an equipment dealer in the West Houston area. This position offers hands-on work with John Deere and comparable agricultural/turf machinery, supporting customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of agricultural, turf, and light construction equipment.</li>
<li>Perform detailed inspections and service work following manufacturer and dealership standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate service records, including time, parts, and work performed.</li>
<li>Keep a safe, organized, and professional work environment.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with major equipment brands and systems.</li>
</ul>
 
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems (ag/turf equipment experience strongly preferred).</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple service tasks.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality results.</li>
<li>Solid communication and documentation skills</li>
