LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT: (MULTIPLE POSITIONS - Job in New York, NY) - Plan, design and develop land areas for parks and other recreational facilities, airports, highways and parkways, hospitals, schools, land subdivisions and commercial, industrial, hospitality projects & resorts and residential sites; confer with clients, engineering personnel, and architects to prepare project specifications; prepare site plans, working drawings, and specifications using working knowledge of the following architectural methods and systems: performance metric systems, workshop/charrette drawing methods, detailed illustrative plan, sketch and design document preparation methods, and site development plan production methods based on program input; prepare plans, design drawings, renderings and documents using working knowledge of the following technical tools: Autodesk Infraworks, Revit, Civil 3d software and BIM for landscape architecture modeling and documentation workflows; coordinating arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures; inspecting construction work in progress to ensure compliance with landscape specifications and to approve the quality of landscape features.
