Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Education or Site Director in our program to oversee our infant/toddler, preschool and 3K classrooms. Honeydew Drop’s mission is to provide high quality childcare, parental support and leadership training for childcare providers. Our focus is the social emotional growth and development of the children. We believe that teaching children to become independent, resilient and part of a community will best prepare them for school and life. We have a supportive and positive environment and we are looking for people who are as well. We want to work with serious educators who align with our culture and are willing to work hard in implementing our vision and goals. We are looking for leaders who are used to a fast-paced environment to support the teachers and the families in our program. Applicants must have held positions as Lead Teachers and holds a BA or Masters in ECE (or related field).
Honeydew has been serving the Brooklyn community since 1999. We care for children ages 3 months to 5 years old in our locations in Park Slope, Kensington , Ditmas Park and Fort Greene area.
