Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician
Pay: $22–$28/hr + Overtime & Bonuses
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running at peak performance. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and conveyor systems in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Handle electrical troubleshooting, including 240v/480v motor changes and wiring
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems
- Use PLC troubleshooting skills to support plant operations

Schedule Options
- 1st Shift: 4:00am – 2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
Full benefits
95% coverage for individual insurance
2 weeks PTO for first year.
$.30 - $1 raise guarantee each year
Union company.
