In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. <li>Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents</li>
<li>Conduct legal research</li>
<li>Prepare for and attend legal proceedings</li>
<li>Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates</li>
<li>Negotiate on behalf of clients</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate client records</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam</li>
<li>Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients</li>
