Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year

Job Details
- Configure, maintain, and customize MES to support production needs
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Build and maintain product routing for traceability and efficiency
- Collect, analyze, and validate manufacturing data to drive KPIs
- Collaborate with global IT and production teams on MES-equipment integration
- Document system architecture, workflows, and technical changes
- Own full project cycles: scope, design, deploy, optimize
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or Software Engineering
- 10+ years of MES or factory IT systems experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Proficient in C# or similar languages, plus SQL
- Strong understanding of network architecture, diagnostics, and machine interfaces
- Excellent documentation and project tracking skills
- Comfortable traveling up to 50% to other sites (mainly for training purposes)
