Job Description
Our client is an AV Rated, prominent law firm located in Tampa, Florida and they are seeking qualified attorneys for their Labor and Employment Law Team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigating and defending harassment claims, enforcing restrictive covenants, drafting severance agreements, compensation packages and general employer-side advising.
The position requires excellent academic credentials as well as written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic, and comparable law firm experience. Compensation is $160,000 to $200,000+ with bonuses.
