We are seeking an experienced QuickBase Developer II. You will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of QuickBase Applications and Automations to support a Fortune 100 Client’s Public Sector team. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBase will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with our client's business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales teams, business operations teams, business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

This remote position is a full-time, salaried position. There may be some initial travel related to initial engagement. It is a requirement that the selected candidate must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Candidates must either be a US Citizen residing in the USA or a Permanent Resident currently residing in the USA for at least the last three years.

SEIS participates in the E-Verify program to validate authorization to work in the United States.

Role and Responsibilities

· Work closely with our customer’s teams to identify requirements; design, develop, implement, and sustain QuickBase applications and automations to address management priorities around effective sites and efficient user navigation and site functionality.

· Develop dashboards, reports, and user roles based on business needs.

· Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems.

· Utilize project management and Development skills to analyze and resolve problems related to performance, data, software, servers, and usage.

· Collaborate with client teams to automate workflows, improve business processes, and ensure that all changes are implemented properly to meet functional and security needs.

· Develop and deliver training, communications, and tutorials to provide support to clients on QuickBase functionality including procedures, standards, and best practices.

· Collaborate with multiple development and administration teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions.

· Assist in collecting and identifying functional requirements.

· Be adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.

· Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

· Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

· Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related technical field.

· Strong hands-on, demonstrable experience can be used in lieu of a degree.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in QuickBase design and development.

· Experience with requirements gathering/interacting with clients.

· Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications.

· Understand browser-specific compatibility issues.

· Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability.

· Experience with QuickBase third party integration.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Exceptional problem-solving skills.
