Make a Lasting Impact: School-Based Counselor Opportunity
CDAC is currently seeking passionate, master's-level clinicians to provide meaningful counseling services to students in public schools. As a school-based counselor, you'll help empower youth facing multiple risk factors-building resilience so they can thrive and lead healthy, drug- and violence-free lives.
In this role, you'll deliver both individual and group support using proven, evidence-based curricula and established counseling techniques. You'll become a trusted presence in students' lives and a vital part of their support system.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Experience providing individual and group counseling, ideally in a school-based setting
Position Details:
- Permanent full-time role (10-month schedule aligned with the school calendar)
- All school breaks and holidays, including summer, are observed
- Annual salary of $36,000 based on the 10-month calendar

Requirements:
- Level II Background screening and School District clearance
- Valid driver's license
- Drug screening required as CDAC is a drug-free workplace
