Duration: TBD – Estimated 2 to 3 months (with potential for extension)
Description:
We are hiring a Licensed Attorney to join an intensive on-site document review and litigation support project in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is perfect for a licensed attorney with hands-on discovery experience and strong attention to detail. This is a strictly on-site role, and all candidates must be able to commute by car—reliable daily transportation is mandatory.
Responsibilities:

Review and code documents using Relativity software

Assist in trial preparation including document organization and analysis

Conduct privilege reviews and issue tagging

Physically manage and lift bankers boxes (30–40+ lbs)

Support litigation teams with document production and case preparation
Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school and active license in any U.S. jurisdiction

Minimum 1 year of document review experience

Experience using Relativity or comparable eDiscovery tools

Physically able to lift and move heavy boxes

Reliable transportation and ability to drive to Wilmington site daily
Preferred:

Prior exposure to corporate or medical litigation

Strong legal research and case organization skills
Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
