The candidate does not need to have prior Workers’ Compensation experience. Admission to the New Jersey Bar, as well as excellent academic credentials, are required. Must be able to autonomously handle a large volume of files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is optional.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct necessary and appropriate discovery, hearings, trials.
- Research the law applicable to cases or matters; drafts legal documents.
- Act as a team or group leader for an assigned group within the office.
Qualifications:
- No prior Workers’ Compensation experience required.
- GPA 3.0 or above.
- Completion of law school and admission to the bar in New Jersey.
- The ability to effectively communicate and persuade by written or spoken word is critical.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000
