LHH Recruitment Solutions is anticipating a vareity clients coming to us looking for Commercial Litigation Paralegals with great experience for long term contract and contract to hire opportunities. We reguarly work with both law firms and sophisticated in house legal departments.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of litigation experience preferred
-
Proactive, flexible, with excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and legal case management software
-
Bachelors Degree and or an A.B.A. approved Paralegal Certificate.
Duties:
Managing litigation matters from start to finish
Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents including notices, pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.
Handling discovery and document production
Summarizing depositions, ordering medical records and summarizing medical records.
Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and case management
Conducting legal research as assigned
Other tasks as assigned

Pay Details: $28.00 to $37.50 per hour
