About the Role:
We’re looking for a IT Field Services Technician who will be the go-to resource when client issues require an on-site presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving technical problems in real time, and representing ISNY’s commitment to excellence in the field.
You’ll spend most of your time at client locations across the NY area, handling escalated support needs, troubleshooting, and ensuring our solutions are delivered smoothly on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites across NY to provide in-person support.
- Set up and deploy new workstations, printers, network gear, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with office moves and onsite infrastructure changes.
- Provide “hands and eyes” support for senior engineers during remote projects.
- Ensure clients have a smooth, professional onsite experience that represents ISNY’s standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years in IT support, system ideally field services.

Working knowledge of networking, M365/Google Workspace, and desktop environments.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both technical and client-facing.
Preferred Experience:

MSP Services background.

Experience with project delivery and post-deployment support.
