New Store Development Coordinator
$55k-$65k Salary Range

We are a highly creative and adaptable company who is seeking a dynamic, organized and responsible New Store Development Coordinator to manage FFE design, sourcing and installation needs. The ideal candidate will have restaurant knowledge with an interior design background or degree. A critical eye for detail and art that matches our brands is critical. You will be part of a dynamic and busy team who are proactive but also excellent at solving problems. Our goal is to build and maintain beautiful restaurants, on budget, and to provide prompt support to our operations team.
Development Coordinator Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing spending to approved budget line items.
· Purchase and manage the installation of furniture, décor, rugs, art, curtains and umbrellas at new openings or remodeled locations.
· Purchase services for stores under construction and existing restaurants.
· Maintain and keep the FF&E tracker updated.
· Organize and obtain material finish samples for all brands.
· Maintain and keep documents in Sharefile, our common store file system.
· Update and maintain a restaurant information database.
· Negotiate amicable prices and payment terms on purchased items based on store projections.
· Review GC pay applications against contract terms, obtain the correct backup and review them with the Project Manager and VP Development.
Development Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required.
· 3+ years relevant experience in procurement or design.
· Experience managing multiple vendors.
· Ability to consistently maintain positive client relationships.
· Can effectively and efficiently handle both administrative and purchasing responsibilities.
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and a solid understanding of data analysis software.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at different phases of development. Maintain spreadsheets and schedules to ensure items sources or purchased are completed on time.
· Working knowledge of CAD and Revit systems.
