What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain internal business applications using React, Python, and PostgreSQL
- Build features for our manufacturing software platforms that support project tracking, scheduling, and production workflows
- Create integrations and automations that connect different parts of the business
- Work directly with manufacturing staff to understand problems and deliver practical solutions
- Participate in shop floor operations to gain firsthand knowledge of our products and processes

Technical foundation:
- STEM degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 0-3 years of development experience (personal projects count)
- Familiarity with Python
- Basic understanding of web development concepts
- Exposure to SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Git version control
- Understanding of REST APIs
Nice to have:
- Experience with React or TypeScript
- Familiarity with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks
- Interest in manufacturing or industrial systems
