Whether your goal is to flip, build a rental portfolio, or launch a real estate career, this hands-on internship will help you get there faster.

What Youll Do & Learn:

• How to identify off-market investment opportunities
• Cold call and text sellers to generate leads using Reafcos scripts
• Underwrite flips, BRRRRs, and rentals with real financial models
• Walk properties with investor mentors to assess condition and value
• Sit in on negotiations, closings, and walkthroughs
• Shadow leasing and property management workflows
